Storage Advice
Correct storage is critical to maintaining peptide integrity and purity. Follow these guidelines to maximise shelf life.

Lyophilised Powder (Unopened)
Store sealed vials at −20°C for routine use or −80°C for long-term storage. Keep away from light and moisture. Properly stored lyophilised peptides remain stable for 24–36 months.

Reconstituted Solution
Once reconstituted, store at +2°C to +8°C. Use within 20–30 days. Never refreeze a reconstituted solution — this causes degradation and loss of potency.

BAC Water
Store at +2°C to +25°C. Avoid freezing. Once opened, use within 28 days. Always use sterile technique when drawing from the vial.

Temperature Excursions
Brief ambient temperature exposure during transit is generally tolerable for lyophilised peptides. Avoid prolonged heat above 25°C. Contact us if you have concerns about a specific compound.

Laboratory Guidance
Reconstitution Methods & Tips
Reconstitution dissolves lyophilised peptide powder into a solution for research use. Follow these steps carefully to maintain compound integrity and ensure accurate dosing.
Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation. Gather a sterile syringe, sterile needle, BAC water, and alcohol wipes. Wipe the vial stopper with an alcohol wipe and allow to dry fully before proceeding.
Decide on your target concentration. Adding 1ml of BAC water to a 10mg vial gives 10mg/ml; 2ml gives 5mg/ml. Use a concentration that allows accurate measurement — lower concentrations are generally easier to dose precisely with an insulin syringe.
Draw the calculated volume into your syringe and insert the needle at an angle so the solvent runs down the side of the vial rather than directly onto the powder. This minimises agitation and foaming which can degrade sensitive peptides.
Do not shake or vortex. Gently roll the vial between your palms or leave at room temperature for 5–10 minutes. The solution should become clear. If cloudy, allow more time — never shake vigorously as this degrades the peptide.
Label immediately with compound name, concentration, date, and initials. Transfer to the refrigerator at +2°C to +8°C straight away. Use within 20–30 days and never refreeze once reconstituted.

⚠ Important: Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and strict cold-chain requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised products. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@pepilix.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
2. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or issue a full refund.
3. Change of Mind
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases on research compounds once dispatched, due to cold-chain integrity requirements and regulatory obligations.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded if cancellation is requested before dispatch. Contact us immediately at hello@pepilix.com or by phone. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Bank Transfer Orders
For orders paid by bank transfer that are subsequently cancelled prior to dispatch, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days back to the originating account.
6. Refund Timescales
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 1–3 days to clear depending on your bank.

1. UK Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00PM Monday–Friday or 12:00PM Saturday are dispatched same day via tracked next-day courier. Orders placed after the cutoff or on Sunday will be dispatched the following business day. Free next-day delivery is included on all orders over £150. Orders under £150 incur a £6.99 delivery charge.
2. Packaging
All peptide compounds are shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. Lyophilised peptides are packaged with appropriate cold-chain insulation to maintain integrity during transit. Packaging is plain with no external branding indicating contents.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 2–4 working days
- USA & Canada: 4–7 working days
- Australia & Asia Pacific: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 5–14 working days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
4. Import Duties & Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. Pepilix Research Ltd cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Regulatory Compliance
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that importing research compounds complies with applicable laws and regulations in their country. We cannot ship to countries where such products are prohibited. Orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
6. Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold at a local depot. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be reshipped upon request — a redelivery charge may apply.
